Overall Rating: 3 stars (average) - I consume 15g Creatine Monohydrate per day, and although powders are by far the most economical, gummies are the most convenient. Sadly, these Biobor gummies have uncertain quality and questionable taste. Combining that with the inclusion of Sucralose, and it's a pass for me.Individual Ratings:INGREDIENTS: above average - Contains Creatine Monohydrate, but also contains Sucralose as the sweetener, which I try to avoid.QUALITY: below average - No indication of country of origin or manufacture, or of GMP / NSF certification. No indication of 3rd party testing.USAGE: average - I'm not a fan of either the taste or the consistency. They have a waxy, grainy consistency and leave that Sucralose aftertaste in my mouth. Only a 14 month shelf lifeNote: Supplements are regulated like foods by the FDA, and claims regarding efficacy often aren't backed by science. So I don't review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based primarily on ingredients and quality. Prices and budgets can vary so I usually leave it to the reader to determine value for themselves.
