How It Works

  • Discretionary Returns (Changed Your Mind): You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we will issue a full refund for the product price.
  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence (including visible damage, product batch number, and outer packaging). We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including shipping and taxes) or send a free replacement immediately.

How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to service@bioborhealth.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and relevant details or supporting photos/videos.
  2. Resolution: Our Customer Care Team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions or a prepaid shipping label (for damaged/defective items).

  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • Credit Cards: 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
    • PayPal / Alipay: Typically processed immediately upon approval.

Gift Returns & Special Terms

If you received a Biobor product as a gift that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us. If a replacement of the same item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • An alternative product of equivalent value.
  • A Biobor E-Gift Card (with no expiration date).

All return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Orders past the 7-day window are no longer eligible for return or refund.
