We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your product, and we’ll provide a hassle-free return or exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority, so you can shop with confidence.
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of health supplements, all products purchased from BioborHealth.com are non-refundable, except in the following situations:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item or specification was shipped
- The product was not delivered
- The product has verified quality issues
How to Report a Problem

Preserve Evidence:
Take clear photos or videos upon receiving the product. Evidence must include:
– Visible damage
– Product batch number
– Original outer packaging -
Contact Customer Service:
Send the evidence to service@bioborhealth.com within 24 hours of delivery. -
Resolution Options:
Once we receive your report, we will respond within 48 hours with one of the following solutions:- Free replacement (default option)
- Prepaid return shipping label (in special cases)
- Pickup service (in rare circumstances)
Refund Instructions
- Refunds apply only to the product price (excluding shipping fees and taxes)
- Credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days
- PayPal or Alipay refunds are typically processed immediately
Special Terms for Gift Orders
If the item was received as a gift and has an issue, our default solution is to send a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, the recipient may choose:
- A product of equivalent value
- An e-gift card (with no expiration)
Return Timeframes
- Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund
International Orders
- Customs duties and import taxes will not be reimbursed
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods (e.g., DHL, FedEx) for any approved return
