Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Times & Costs

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days – $6
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $30

All shipments include tracking information for your convenience.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where it is required by law.

Order Confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation email:

• Check your spam or junk email folder
• Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout

Tracking Shows Delivered, But No Package?

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact your local post office — they may be able to GPS-locate the package
• Inspect parcel lockers, building mailrooms, or designated safe drop-off areas

Important Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
• Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by the courier
• Please report any suspected theft to your local authorities
