Hard to chew

The Ashwagandha Gummies are not what I expected. They indicate that they are raspberry flavored, but they don't taste like raspberry. They are very hard to chew. I would never give these to a child because they would probably break their teeth. I was really surprised that it says true completely but it's so hard to chew them to tiny little pieces. They're not really gummy. They're more like a hard candy that has softened a little. I'm really disappointed. If you have a jaw of steal, I might recommend it, but otherwise no I wouldn't recommend it

They do seem to help

These came at the perfect time. I caught a little something so I've been using them to get me through. So far, I've been impressed. It's always hard to tell what's doing what, but they do taste like a nice berry-flavored gummy but I can still taste the supplements in there so I know they are actually in there. So far, so good.
